Track Name: The Ballad of Kitty
O Miss Kitty was a lonely cat
In an alleyway, Miss Kitty sat
She didn’t have an owner
(Meow, meow, meow)
Most decidedly a loner
(Meow, meow, meow)

Such a sad, poor soul, Miss Kitty
Soon Miss Kitty began to come around

To the nice, kind people in her town

They took care of her and fed her

(Meow, meow, meow)

And she’d even let them pet her

(Meow, meow, meow)

Full of gratitude was Miss Kitty

Miss Kitty wanted to reciprocate

By doing something for them that was great

So she started bringing presents

(Meow, meow, meow)

But they weren’t the usual contents

(Meow, meow, meow)

Such unique gifts from Miss Kitty

One day Miss Kitty dropped one at their door

It was a tiny bat, broken and sore

To their surprise, she hadn’t hurt him

(Meow, meow, meow)

She had only transferred him

(Meow, meow, meow)

What a hero was Miss Kitty

So the nice, kind people helped the bat

He could not fly anymore, but happily he sat

With other bats in roosting rocks

(Eek, eek, eek)

Eating mealworms, taking walks
(Eek, eek, eek)

And they named him Mr. Kitty

Mr. Kitty was a friend to everyone

Like his rescuer, he left no good deed undone

No matter that he’s itty bitty

(Eek, eek, eek)

He went and started a committee

(Eek, eek, eek)

To make the world a better place, with Miss Kitty
